Terms of Service

These terms set out the rules for using DarmoweSondy.pl, available at https://darmowesondy.pl/. This document must be reviewed by a lawyer before the service goes into production use.

Section 1. General provisions

  1. The service provider and operator of the service is IT-Poland Jacek Pecko (https://it-poland.com), 05-135 Wieliszew, Willowa 2, NIP: 568-148-94-23.
  2. You can contact the service provider at [email protected].
  3. The service allows you to create, publish and analyze polls, surveys and multi-page surveys free of charge.
  4. The service is funded by advertising displayed, among other places, next to surveys, in results and on the pages of the service.

Section 2. Definitions

  • User – a person who has created an account and creates surveys.
  • Respondent – a person who fills in a survey; a respondent does not need an account.
  • Survey – a poll, single-page survey or multi-page survey created in the service.

Section 3. User account

  1. Creating an account is free and requires an email address and a password.
  2. Publishing surveys requires confirmation of the email address.
  3. A User may delete their account at any time in the account settings. Deleting the account deletes all of the User’s surveys and the responses collected.

Section 4. Rules for creating surveys

  1. Collecting personal data of respondents is prohibited, in particular first and last names, email addresses, telephone numbers, home addresses, national identification numbers (for example the Polish PESEL number) and any other data that allows a person to be identified.
  2. Publishing content that is unlawful, abusive, incites hatred, is misleading (for example impersonating other entities or phishing for passwords or payments) or infringes the rights of third parties is prohibited.
  3. The User is responsible for the content of their surveys and for the way the collected results are used.
  4. The service provider may block or delete a survey or an account that breaches these terms, in particular after receiving a report.

Section 5. Reporting unlawful content

  1. Every survey contains a “Report a violation” link. Reports may also be sent to [email protected].
  2. The service provider handles reports without undue delay and may block a survey until the matter has been clarified.

Section 6. Advertising

  1. Advertisements are displayed next to surveys, in results and on the pages of the service. Users cannot remove or hide them.
  2. Advertisements may be delivered by third parties on the terms described in the Privacy Policy.

Section 7. Liability

  1. The service is provided “as is”. The service provider makes efforts to keep it running without interruption but does not guarantee that there will be no technical breaks.
  2. The User should regularly export the results of important studies (for example for a thesis).

Section 8. Complaints and final provisions

  1. Complaints may be submitted to [email protected]. A reply is given within 14 days.
  2. The service provider may amend these terms for important reasons, giving 7 days’ notice on the website of the service.
  3. Matters not regulated by these terms are governed by Polish law.
